Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the new BS6 compliant Gixxer SF bike in India. Suzuki Gixxer SF is the popular attractive looking full faired sport bike from the Suzuki lineup. The new bike gets minor cosmetic changes with minor mechanical specifications change with new BS6 standard emission engine. In terms of design the new bike remains unchanged, the Suzuki has implemented certain new added features is a sleek full-LED headlight setup, LED signature taillight setup and a fully-digital instrument cluster. The new engine gets new BS6 standard emission with fuel injection system, catalytic converter and Suzuki’s SEP technology that technologies improve the performance of the bike. The new bike comes with aerodynamic fairing, clip-on handlebar, split style seats, sporty exhausts with dual outlets, alloy wheels, tubeless tyres and single channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System). BS6 Suzuki Gixxer SF continues to be available in three attractive colors options with bold body graphics and two variant including the base variant is standard and top variant is Moto GP edition in India.

BS6 Suzuki Gixxer SF is powered by the all-new 155cc, 4-stroke, air-cooled, single-cylinder, BS6 engine with fuel injection system that produces 13.6 Hp of power at 8000 rpm and 13.8 Nm of torque at 6000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch. The new engine equipped with BS6 standard emission with fuel injection system and Suzuki’s SEP technology which improve overall performance and fuel efficiency in the bike. The suspension duties managed by telescopic forks at the front and monoshock at the rear. The braking duties handled by a 266 mm single disc brake at the front and 240 mm single disc brake at rear with single channel ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) for the better handling braking duties and safe ride on the road.
